From an investment idea to an operating farm
BAGADIKS brings together the production concept, master planning, process engineering, equipment integration, procurement, construction coordination, commissioning and operational start-up. We structure each stage around clear inputs, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Development and engineering
We start with the herd model, milk market, feed resources, water, power, climate and site constraints. The master plan connects housing, milking, feed storage, calf rearing, veterinary facilities and manure handling. Process requirements are coordinated with building and infrastructure design before procurement decisions are made.
Technology integration
Milking and herd management, housing and cow comfort, ventilation and cooling, milk cooling and storage, calf systems, feeding, manure management and biosecurity must work as one system. We compare manufacturers against project requirements and review capacity, interfaces, service support and ownership costs.
Project delivery and start-up
We coordinate procurement, delivery schedules, construction readiness, installation and commissioning. Start-up planning includes staff training, operating procedures, herd introduction and staged production ramp-up. Scope, local engineering responsibilities, targets and contractual commitments are defined for each project.
5,000 and 10,000 head: reference configurations
These configurations are starting points for project development, not completed BAGADIKS projects or universal designs. The brief distinguishes milking cows, dry cows and youngstock. Layout, budget, phasing and resource requirements depend on that herd definition and local conditions. Other scales, expansions and upgrades can also be considered.
Local conditions and international cooperation
Our development priorities include Russia, China, Vietnam and other Asian markets. This describes target markets, not a claim of offices or completed projects in these countries. Project participation and the delivery team are established individually, with the required local specialists and technology suppliers.
Start with the project brief
Share the country and site, herd scale and composition, project stage, land and feed resources, utility availability and intended timeline. We will define the information needed and the scope of the first stage. If data is incomplete, the initial task is to establish assumptions and an investigation plan.
